Something new and unique have began in Cyprus and Greece. The establishment of the EAMA (European Anger Management Association)! Something that our society urgently needed.

We would like to congratulate our own Vasiliki, as the approval for the creation of EAMA (European Anger Management Association) has been given to her who is already in stage IV in Anger Management. Being the First and Only to date Certified Trainer in Anger and Crisis Management in Greece and Cyprus.

EAMA (European Anger Management Association) is the Cyprus and Greece chapter of NAMA (National Anger Management Association) which is based in the USA.

NAMA (National Anger Management Association) is an international professional association (represented in 29 countries) that focuses on Anger Management, Crisis Intervention, and Domestic Violence.

The European Anger Management Association – EAMA, will be the chapter in Cyprus and Greece that will introduce and promote the above areas through the authorized NAMA programs, where a Special Certification with international recognition will be given.

We asked Vasiliki what she thinks this new venture can offer to Cyprus and Greece:

“Anger, aggressive behavioral attitudes and violence are issues that in Cyprus and Greece, we have not realized that they affect the largest percentage of the population and without any structured and specific management they become bigger and we end up having much more serious problems (as is the case in the last 2 years). Prevention and the knowledge of managing these issues from the very beginning before they inflate is something that will positively affect both individuals on an individual level and in society as a whole.

Our goal is to educate people who have direct contact with such behaviors in order to be able to prevent, manage and intervene in various situations. Through this training individuals will be certified as Experts in Anger Management at Level I by the NAMA National Anger Management Association.”
