Self-confidence: How to strengthen it

self confidence how to strengthen it

Self-confidence is the way we talk to ourselves about ourselves!!!

It all started the first time you felt inadequate for something – at that moment it’s like they took away a percentage of your self-confidence and if that happened all the time then every time they took a piece of you.

That’s why many people aren’t confident nowadays.

Below I will share with you ways to increase your self-confidence

1.Don’t emphasize on your failures

We’re all good at something – Discover on what you are successful and communicate it out.

A very good tool for this step is the Personal SWOT analysis where you will detect your strengths and weaknesses.

Find out where you have talent and make the most of it!!!

Give yourself the opportunity to enjoy success and not be constantly in a race where there is at least no instant success.

2. Face Your Fears

Fears are the ones that don’t let you grow, but also the ones that don’t let you externalize your self-confidence. Find out who they are and work on it.

Here you can see all the steps to face your fears.

3. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t.

Follow your instincts and what you think of you! Only you can do it! No one has the right to make choices for you. Strengthen your personality so you can not pay attention to what others tell you! Be able to say NO!

4. Say to yourself that you’re a Capable person

gain more confidence it is necessary to convince yourself that you are a CAPABLE person. What can you do?

E.g. say positive and good expressions for you in front of the mirror (at least twice a day)

Put a reminder on your phone , of how capable person you are (you’ll see it all the time so you’ll convince yourself).

These 4 steps are the basics to get started. If you want more practical advises then sign up for the 3hour intensive self-confidence seminar or Webinar of Self-Confidence.
