Improvement and Development of Communication in their Working Environment Attitude (Professional Behaviour, Customer Service and Sales Improvement)
The Project:
The problem issue came from the management of the client company at which this person works. After the initial meeting I had with this person I recognized the need of improvement in communication (interpersonal ability, body language oral communication, professional behaviour and Customer Care / Service. The aim of the above was support the individual to achieve higher sales targets.
Guidance Methodology:
- Recognition and reversal of negative communication attitude and behaviour towards all people (working environment – personal environment).
- Structured questions to determine exactly whether the person understands the same specific behaviours and that she is willing to change.
- Established a coaching program to develop key interpersonal skills (communication) and then along the way other critical issues.
- Design of specific and measurable ways, techniques, tools and guidance in relation to the issues needed improvement
- Specific scenarios and techniques where explained and given to be implemented by the person at the workplace in order to come back to the meetings with feedback (the actions, the impact they had and what has noticeable changed) in sales, communication, and personality as received by the colleagues and Customers.
- Review the effectiveness of each coaching subject through mystery customer surveys.
Result:
After three months of coaching the person transformed in accordance with her Manager and colleagues. Changed the way of communication with customers, partners (verbal communication, body language, confidence, pleasant personality). Has increased sales and has built strong relationships with customers.
As a result of the combined improvement, the Management of the Company has asked us to develop a continuing program I order to develop the employee further and prepare her for promotion.
