This seminar was trying to focus on being more confident in verbal and written communication. Furthermore, there are some interesting information when dealing with angry customers, information about negative words and in general how to be more communicative. Mrs. Christofi was Perfetto!!!!

A 2-day seminar that though us the correct ways od using verbal and written communication in regards to the customer service approaches. The seminar is important in terms of changing our aspect of how we have been dealing so far with customers and its basic advantage is the fact that it pins down the specific wording that needs to changed by us! Vasiliki Christofi has a very good approach and communicates and knows her subject very well.

This seminar was extremely useful for us these days. We found out all the mistakes we make and found possible solutions on how to avoid them. The advantage od the seminar was to improve our skills on a new and more professional level. The trainer was very professional and very smart person. I would like to have more seminars with her in the future in order to complete my goals and avoid any mistakes in the future.

There was teamwork at the seminar. It was raised emphasis in verbal and written communication in professional way. We have learned positive words and how to write correctly with confidence. Practical and easy ways to communicate with customers over the phone. The trainer was excellent!
