Development of Management and Planning Skills for the Management of Electricity Authority of Cyprus. Technology Study for a Complete Production Line for the Manufacture and filling of 4-liter cans for Homs Refinery Company, Syria. Effective Communication with Public at Nicosia Municipality Development of Effective Supervisory Skills at Water board of Limassol. Development and Implementation of a Preventive Maintenance Programme at Department of Electrical and Mechanical Services, Ministry of Communication and Works. Very useful and helpful training. We learned how to handle customers, use proper service, use correct words, and avoid the use of mistaken words. Ms. Christofi was very positive, contagious and imaginative. Very interesting. There was vitality and everyone was involved. It helped me to identify my weaknesses in dealing with difficult clients and gave me guidance on how to deal with them better by using the right words / phrases. A highly experienced trainer, she knew perfectly her subject and could convey what she needed. A very constructive seminar that kept the interest unimpaired from beginning to end.
