Enhancing staff effectiveness of international car rental company
HOW CONICON SUPPORTED THIS PROJECT:
The design and Implementation of a combined, on the job consulting and coaching, training and feedback of a major international car rental company toward enhancing the effectiveness of front line staff and their supervisors.
The end objective was to raise customer satisfaction levels. The project involved the agreement on measurable objectives to be achieved and the design of methods and tools to achieve the desired results in order to correlate customer satisfaction measurement to sales.
