From customer care, to customer service, to sales for one of the biggest Gyms in Cyprus
HOW CONICON SUPPORTED THIS PROJECT:
This was a unique project for a premier fitness club aiming at developing the framework in which fitness instructors and personal trainers were trained to implement a unique program, through which customer care leads to customer service that contributes to sales of services and products to customers. The project involved establishing specific and measurable Key Performance Indicators based on company objectives of the young, less mature yet ambitious and energetic fitness club instructors.
