Business Process Optimization for one of the leading international trading organizations
HOW CONICON SUPPORTED THIS PROJECT:
Based on strategy and corporate objectives, the project focused on defining the inputs and outputs of the four main processes (development of product range, purchasing, distribution, stores) with emphasis on the distribution channels, ensuring that the route from supplier to customer is as direct, cost effective and environmentally friendly as possible. Part of the project involved the application of the SWOT analysis technique in order to establish qualitative and quantitative criteria for each process. Furthermore, the Process Model approach methodology was implemented.
