It is a fact that 2 out of 3 people focus on the negative side of things because they feel that in this way, they are better coping with whatever happens!

Regardless of facts and situations it is very important for your mental health to find positive in everything that happens.

You don’t have to over-analyze any problem that occurs! This analysis enhances the negative energy that affects you and the people around you.

There are things that don’t change and it’s not up to you to change them – so if you recognize them, then you’ll focus on the most positive things and what you can change (even take a corrective action). The tool that can guide you is the Control Influence Accept Model.

Don’t let yourself get carried away by social networks or the media.

If you have 1 of the following behaviors/habits every day then you have negative energy and you need to change something because it hurts you:

  • You complain all the time about the current situation you are in.
  • You have a constant sense of anger about things/situations and individuals.
  • You feel anxiety about things you can’t do.
  • You keep criticizing other people or even yourself.
  • You make up in your mind the worst-case scenario because you believe that in this way you prepare yourself.
  • You over-analyze any negative issue (basically you are looking to find the negative in a situation).
  • When they give you another opinion or solution you don’t accept it and you try to rationalize it.

All you can do is control yourself, empower it and change the way you think!

And don’t forget that everyone chooses to communicate what they want “Appearances are often deceiving”
