Diplomacy: How do I Develop This Skill

diplomacy blog eng

Effective communication precedes Diplomacy! We first need to be very good at Communication to take the next step for Diplomacy.

Diplomacy is a constructive process, you create from the first second of communication to the last.

The art of Diplomacy is to find Middle Way, rather than to choose a side!

Below I will share with you some of the necessary components of Diplomacy that can be applied directly:

1. Confidence in combination with Calmness -> what distinguishes individuals in diplomacy is the confidence they feel but also the fact that they do not react to anything they hear or tell them.

2. Don’t always talk First -> Start listening and asking and this will give you an advantage in your communication.

3. Observe others -> What they do, the atmosphere, how they react through their body language .

4. Words are power -> Use magic (positive words), words that show confidence and self-confidence but combined with the correct structure of expression.

5. Redefine the subject, Find the Middle Way -> do not choose a side (this is the art of diplomacy), created a middle way (it is much more likely everyone to agree to that).

6. Create the right atmosphere -> Regardless of the subject matter and seriousness it is very important to have the right atmosphere – the positive!

In Diplomacy you need to be patient and try several times to achieve the result you desire.

If you want to learn and practice the techniques of diplomacy and assertiveness in detail, you can register to the seminar we have prepared. Communicate with Diplomacy, Tact and Reliability to Achieve Your Goals.
