Whether we like it or not customers – People remember a story from us!
This story is defined through the experience which they have starting with the first contact (welcome) until the end.
Do not be overwhelmed by the need to invest only in material goods – impressive buildings etc… These are the last things that customers remember in their story.
What are they remembering?
The contact with the PEOPLE! That is, the service you will provide and the quality of it.
Impeccable service (face to face, telephone, written) is what creates the story that customers will remember forever and that is what creates the conditions for repeat customers.
How to start creating a fantastic and memorable story for Customers?
- Objectively assess what service you offer—> this can be done with an independent person whom the customer service staff don’t know in order the evaluation to be objective.
- Stop daydreaming! Not to bother with the quality of your service does not mean that it is good!
- Think outside your box – to find out what the customer would like!
- Invest in the customer service staff which in the end will determine the degree of customer satisfaction – training is EVERYTHING!
- Dare to be different and don’t copy! —> this will make a fantastic story! For you and your Customers.
It is time to make this change that will differentiate you forever!
