Currently serving as the Departmental External Engagement Director, Director of the CIPD accredited MSc HRM, and Professor in Diversity and Inclusion at Nottingham University Business School (#100 QSWUR 2024), Dr. Georgiadou offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as a corporate trainer.

Dr. Georgiadou’s expertise extends beyond academia. Furthermore, her academic membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) showcases her dedication to professional excellence.

Dr. Georgiadou’s expertise in fostering inclusion in the new hybrid workplace is internationally acclaimed. Her extensive research output, including high-quality peer-reviewed journal papers, co-authored and co-edited books, contributions to book chapters, and European-funded project reports and guidance documents, establishes her as a respected authority in the field. In her role as Associate Editor of the esteemed journal Gender, Work and Organization, she continues to make significant contributions to the academic community.

Her remarkable work has been supported by grant awards totaling £3 million, underscoring the value and impact of her research. Dr. Georgiadou’s thought leadership is further demonstrated through more than 20 keynote speeches, over 25 conference paper presentations, organizing major conferences, and evaluating grant proposals for the European Commission.

Collaborating with multi-national organizations Dr. Georgiadou provides invaluable support in enhancing inclusion in the hybrid workplace, ultimately driving sustainable results. Beyond her professional achievements, she is the founder of the Equality Inclusion Diversity Centre (EQUIDY), a non-governmental organization dedicated to advancing inclusion and diversity, showcasing her commitment to making a lasting impact on society.
