Client Case Study on Defining and Documenting a Management System based on Process Approach Methodology
Working on defining and developing Management Processes to ensure the achievement of Key Performance Indicators based on Corporate Objectives for a premiere, One stop Property Group offering Real Estate Sales, Rentals, Property Development and Property Management.
We use the PDCA technique (Plan – Do – Check – Act)
Processes are defined using Conicon’s MSP Tool that includes:
- Process Objective
- Process Inputs and Outputs
- Process Primary and Secondary Responsibilities
- Process Key Performance Indicators
Processes are documented using flow charts that allow us to define Process steps, Interrelated Processes and Data/ Information generated at each process step.
Finally, to enhance the implementation of Management Processes, a Communication Plan is developed from each Process. Conicon’s PCP (Process Communication Plan) is utilized.
The Communication Plan is based on Process steps and further defines explicitly.
- Type of Communication
- Objective of Communication
- Audience / recipients
- Specific actions by audience / recipients including deadline for response / action
- Medium and filing of communication records
The above methodology is actually embedded now in the revised management system standards such as ISO 9001: 2015
