Very helpful seminar, we were given techniques and examples that can help me a lot in my work. We received new and correct techniques for dealing with reactions and correct thinking in cases of conflicts in the workplace. The trainer was very good and owned the subject. She was transmittable and gave us real examples. Vasiliki was very friendly and with a pleasant presence throughout the seminar.
