Yes, it can be done if we rephrase the above. Yes, we can have fun, work less hours and get paid more!
The problem is not time nor procrastination. Let me explain by rephrasing the above.
Have fun, work less have more personal time by ACHIEVING BETTER RESULTS and then get paid more. That is work smarter not necessarily harder.
You see time is irrelevant nowadays. Or better, time is an important resource that everyone else tries to steal from you. So, the antidote to this is to make time irrelevant and focus on results you achieve in a given time. Time isn’t your real problem. Focus is your problem. You need to procrastinate on the less important and focus your energy and limited time on the most important things.
To do that you need to develop specific methodologies against your flawed habits and practices and at the beginning be willing to get out of your comfort zone until you master the methodologies and rewind your perceptions.
You need to create a strategic performance mindset that works against the perceptions that everything is important, if I do it, its done better, my people don’t listen to me, my spouse , my children never listen, no matter how much I train them they don’t get it, I wish this or the other, what else can I do, my business or profession is different than any other, the system doesn’t help, etc.
