Fear: How to Overcome It and Boost Your Success!

fear eng

Fear is what makes you not risk but also not grab opportunities that come into your life as it paralyzes you! Especially when you haven’t learned that a move forward is possible to change circumstances.

People’s most common fears are:

  • I’m afraid of rejection (professional, personal)
  • I’m afraid of loneliness
  • I fear economic insecurity and job loss
  • I’m afraid of criticism (what others will say)
  • I’m afraid I won’t make it
  • I’m afraid I’ll feel uncomfortable (they won’t accept me)

There are many other fears that every person may have, so below you will see ways how to overcome your fears.

  • Stop thinking about it – Fear paralyzes you to take action

Your most common thought when you’re scared and paralyzed is “I can’t”!

Stop thinking about it and repeat in your mind that you can’t because that makes you unable to do anything. Take action -> What can you do?

  • Fear inactivates your brain

It is very important to realize that when you are afraid your brain enters into an “autopilot”  and simply reacts in a certain way that you have learned in the past (regardless of effectiveness).

  • What would you do if you were not afraid?

It’s one of the most important questions and it is necessary to answer it! Imagine yourself without fear -> What is it you want to do, but are you afraid?

How you see and think about yourself is what feeds your mind and reflects positive thoughts and pushes you to do what you want.

  • Use the method “Fake it Until you Make It”

Using this method “Fake it Until you Make It” i.e. to pretend until you succeed, you will discover that ultimately you have the courage you need to do what you desire without fear.

Talk, Walk and Communicate Like You’re a Fearless Person -> Smile, and Do Things with Confidence.

  • Face Your Fears

Understand who your Fears are and why you have them and start overcoming them one by one!

Go straight to your fears and face them!

Do what you’re afraid of and discipline yourself to do it repeatedly – this will wipe out all your fears!

Example: You are afraid of heights -> Only when you go and face your fear directly will you eliminate it -> go to high places every day.

Example: You’re afraid to take risks -> Start risking meaningless and small things and to draw the courage you need to take the big risk.

The denial of the Fear you have and the non-treatment of it is the self that IS FEARED and if you do not face it then you will never get rid of it!

It’s time to feel the freedom you deserve.
