Aspirine or Radical Healing

People within organizations/businesses usually seek for advises that will quickly improve their personal or business problems.

Its like trying to heal a serious disease by just using painkillers. What painkillers would do is that they will relieve the pain temporarily but that pain will simply appear back again after a few hours.

They basically seek for the magic fairy which will make their dreams come true without them moving their fingers.

They don’t realize though that in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment the main issue is not what you will achieve today but how you will become resilient and sustainable!

There is no antidote or shortcuts for a well-studied strategy that is connected to an effective Business Plan.

You cannot replace the skills that are needed for someone in order to be successful with just a few ready made “cooking” recipes and manuals.

You cannot wait for instant miracles but with creativity, engagement, tenacity, expertise, discipline and consistency to achieve your goals and create the conditions to do so over time.
