Step by step the Effective Management of Conflicts and Disagreements in the Workplace
The Seminar had admittedly a sufficient response as all companies face conflicts and disagreements in the workplace.
So, at the beginning we created the same frame of reference, all the participants, which is very important.
Then, always based on the profile of the participants we learnt step by step how we can deal with disagreements and conflicts, and in relation with the difficulty we may have many times with the diversity and specificity of each person.
The seminar ended with case studies, which put the participants to apply what they have learnt during the day.
And of course we took our standard photo.
