Strengthening staff effectiveness in Leading Logistics Company
HOW CONICON SUPPORTED THIS PROJECT:
Leading Logistics Company. The project included the mapping of the current efficiency of processes. We redesigned all services with a focus on critical performance criteria for each stage and customer communication. Conicon has diagnosed and delivered training programs as well as implemented work. We developed an infrastructure to measure the degree of customer satisfaction through an online questionnaire, the results of which were analyzed by SPSS. This site was established for the benchmarking of future measurements.
